Comcast

I received ads from Frontier Communications yesterday,
It says $29.99 for 6Mbps with 2 year contract.
I decided to chat with Comcast online and asked them why I am paying more for less speed,
Customer service did not listen and offered more expensive plan.
When I mentioned that I would look for other company to lower my bill, the staff transferred to the sales department.
The next staff seemed polite and reasonable and offered me two promotions after confirmed I have been their customer for several years.
In the end, I chose option 1 which is $19.99 for 10Mbps for 1 year and $49.99 after the promotion period.
Abby is very happy that we now have faster Internet connection with less cost.
